You could probably spend an entire trip just strolling around the famed river walk—which has incredible restaurants and live music—but don’t sleep on the nearby Alamo or San Pedro Creek Culture Park. Rancho Santa Fe, California, is underrated, and anything but basic. Perfectly upscale with chic restaurants, spas, and shopping, it's ideal for groups that are over bar-hopping, but still want to have some good, clean fun.
