In today‘s edition of Kim Kardashian doing Kim Kardashian things, the SKIMS founder just rang in her 45th birthday in the most lavish way. On October 21, the reality star-turned-serious actor not only attended the premiere of her upcoming series, All’s Fair, alongside Sarah Paulson, Teyana Taylor, and other cast members—she also treated herself to a birthday gift that’s worth seven figures.
The billionaire definitely has the cash to spend, and if you’re wondering what the gift in question is…it’s a house!
Yep. According to TMZ, she reportedly purchased a $7 million home that’s right next door to her current $60 million mansion in Hidden Hills, California. (Imagine being so rich that you can be your own neighbor…Kim, it’s truly aspirational.)
Per TMZ, the neighboring property is 5,000 square feet and has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Her new digs, which are reportedly located near some horse trails, include an “incredible view, several fireplaces, and a spa.”
The million-dollar purchase comes as Kim renovates her current space, which isn’t too shabby, either. As Kim told People back in June 2024, she considers the home (famous for its very minimalist interior) to be a “sanctuary of calm,” and she made it clear she had no intention of leaving anytime soon.
“The best memories I have growing up are in our family home, and I always want to create those memories and safe space for my kids,” she said at the time. “So, I can’t ever imagine moving.” And that definitely seems to be the case, now that she’s expanding her property.
