The show’s stars, Connor Storrie and Hudson Williams, are having a breakout moment as fans can’t get enough of the enemies-to-lovers arc of their characters, Shane and Ilya.
As their stars rise, Connor and Hudson are taking every moment to connect with fans. That’s why they fully surprised a West Hollywood gay bar during trivia night on Wednesday, December 10. Ofc, they documented the sweet sneaky link with an Instagram post on HBO Max’s profile.
“Hi everybody! So, we are at HiTops right now, about to surprise them at trivia. And we’re nervous that they won’t be excited,” Connor said in the clip, before Hudson chimed in, “And they won’t even recognize us.”
Luckily for the breakout stars, they were met with nothing but enthusiasm as they posed for photos and jokingly thanked the room for watching the series and “tweeting about our butts.”
That’s not all. Fans captured several POVs of the moment on TikTok, and (naturally) lost any ability to chill in the comments section across different viral videos.
“I choose to believe that they’re a bonded pair of kittens,” one person wrote, while another said, “It’s like Jesus being spotted at church.”
Someone else even likened their off-screen friendship to the Wicked cast’s chemistry: “Ariana is to Cynthia as Hudson is to Connor 🥰.”
