There's a high turnover at Industry, the buzzy HBO series set at an investment bank called Pierpoint & Co. in London. Such is the case for toxic work environments, fictional and IRL. Here's what you need to know about the new and returning cast members on Industry season 4.

Seriously, even past Industry cast members make for a deep bench. They include David Jonsson, who's had a great couple of years with Rye Lane, Alien: Romulus, and most recently The Long Walk. Actor and filmmaker Jay Duplass was in season 2. Another multi-hyphenate, Joel Kim-Booster, was in season 3. Other cast members who have departed over the years include Harry Lawtey, Freya Mavor, Ben Lloyd-Hughes, and Conor MacNeill.

Harper formerly worked Cross Product Sales at Pierpoint, but she has since 1) been fired from that role and 2) struck out on her own. This season, she's got her own shop, for better or for worse.

In addition to Industry, you've seen Myha'la in Bodies Bodies Bodies, Leave The World Behind, and Dead Man's Wire. She also starred in an episode of Black Mirror and voices a character on the Disney+ Marvel series Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur.

Abela's film credits include Barbie, Back to Black, and Black Bag. (She played Amy Winehouse a.k.a. the titular role in Back to Black, NBD.) She was also in the first and third season of the British spy series COBRA.

Leung joined the juggernaut series Lost in the fourth season and became a series regular until the sixth and final season. His other credits include Welcome to the Dollhouse, Rush Hour, Saw, Vanilla Sky, The Squid and the Whale, X-Men: The Last Stand, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Old, Missing, and shows like High Maintenance and The Night Shift.

Hayley is an executive assistant at Tender.

Shipka's already had two iconic television roles in her career: Sally Draper on Mad Men and Sabrina (the Teenage Witch) on The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. It might be famous to me, and only me, but she played a heightened version of herself in an excellent episode of Don't Trust the B in Apartment 23 and went on to star in showrunner Nahnatchka Khan's film Totally Killer. Other films include Longlegs, Twisters, and The Last Showgirl.

It hasn't been that long since Heaton left our screens as Jonathan Byer on Stranger Things. But if you happened to miss that massive phenomenon, you may may have seen him in The Souvenir Part II or New Mutant... two films with very different vibes. There's also As You Are, Marrowbone, No Future, and Billy Knight. He's also a member of the band Self Esteem.

Sir Muck was a startup CEO, but the startup totally failed. So he tried being a politician, which also failed. Now he's joining the Tender team, where he will... probably fail? He is now married to Yasmin.

Harington broke out as one of the leads on Game of Thrones, another HBO hit series. You may have caught him last year on the Netflix series Too Much. He created and starred in the miniseries Gunpowder. His big screen filmography includes Testament of Youth, two of the How To Train Your Dragon movies, Eternals, Pompeii, and The Life & Death of John F. Donovan. He's also a very accomplished London stage actor, with leading roles over the years in War Horse, Doctor Faustus, and Henry V among others.
