‘Love Is Blind’ Divorces: Revisiting the 7 Couples Who Split After Marrying on the Show
A new split was just revealed at the season 10 reunion.
Love Is Blind season nine made history as the first season in the show’s run to result in zero successful weddings—but IMO, that isn’t such a bad thing! While an impressive nine Love Is Blind couples are still happily married and (seemingly) thriving, another seven LIB marriages ended in divorce. The latest LIB alums to call it quits? Jordan Faeth and Amber Morrison, who tied the knot in season 10 only to announce at the reunion that they’d decided to split after just four months.
The reason for the split, you ask? While it was definitely an issue that Jordan was unwilling to move from Columbus to Mount Vernon so that Amber’s daughter could continue to go to her own school, it seemed to all boil down to trust. As Amber pointed out at the reunion, “It's really difficult to trust somebody when they are only coming up on the weekends, or I’m going down there and they want to be at home in Columbus, like, five, six nights a week instead of moving in.”
Which other Love Is Blind couples have split, you ask? In honor of season 10 concluding, let’s do a quick review of all the Love Is Blind divorces that have taken place during the show’s ten-season run.
Season 2: Iyanna McNeely and Jarrette Jones
The first Love Is Blind couple to announce their divorce following the show was Iyanna and Jarrette, who tied the knot in June 2021 decided to go their separate ways after just over a year of marriage.
The two shared the news with fans in a since-deleted Instagram post in August 2022, writing, “After much thought, we’re saddened to share that we have separated and will begin the process of divorcing. While we have love for each other, our lives are going in different directions, and that’s okay, Coming to this decision was far from easy and we will always wish each other the absolute best.”
Season 2: Nick Thompson and Danielle Ruhl
Just about a week after Iyanna and Jarrette announced their breakup, the only other LIB season 2 couple to make it down the aisle, Nick and Danielle, also decided to call it quits.
Danielle filed for divorce in August 2022, later taking to her Instagram Stories to explain, “It really did come down to just personality compatibility differences. I think that’s what makes it even harder because you do live in this, at least for me, I kind of live in this state of denial where it’s like, ‘But we love each other.’ You can still love each other and still try your best to move on. It’s hard, it’s very hard.”
Season 3: Matt Bolton and Colleen Reed
Fun fact: Seasons 2 and 3 of LIB were filmed at the same time, so Matt and Colleen also said “I do” in June 2021. And while their relationship lasted longer than both season 2 marriages, they ended up splitting after nearly four years together.
In a joint statement shared to Instagram in May 2025, the pair revealed, “We’ve decided to end our marriage and move forward on our own paths. We’ve been separated for some time now and have been doing our best to work through everything privately and with care.”
Season 3: Brennon and Alexa Lemieux
The latest couple to call it quits is season 3’s last remaining success story, Brennon and Alexa. After getting married in June 2021 (and later welcoming a child together in July 2024), Brennon filed for divorce in November 2025.
Alexa didn’t share the news with fans until nearly a month later, writing on Instagram, “After much reflection and many heartfelt conversations, we have made the difficult decision to end our marriage. This choice was not made lightly, and it comes with a great deal of care, respect, and appreciation for the time we’ve shared.”
Season 5: Milton Johnson and Lydia Arleen Velez-Gonzalez
The only successful couple to come out of LIB season 5, Milton and Lydia tied the knot in May 2022 only to end up calling it quits just about three years later.
Lydia revealed the news during a June 2025 appearance on the What’s the Reality? podcast, telling fellow LIB alum AD Smith, “It wasn’t one thing. It was a layer of situations and things that just kept piling up.”
Season 7: Tyler Frances and Ashley Adionser
One of the most controversial couples to come out of Love Is Blind, Tyler and Ashley married in November 2023 and announced their split just over a year later.
“After much reflection, I want to share that Tyler and I have been separated for several weeks and have now made the difficult decision to end our marriage,” Ashley told People in January 2025. “While I had hoped for mutual understanding and transparency in our relationship, it has become clear that our paths are no longer aligned, making it impossible for me to continue in this marriage.”
Season 10: Jordan Faeth and Amber Morrison
Jordan and Amber officially took the title of shortest LIB marriage when they announced at the season 10 reunion that they’d decided to split after just four months together. The problem: Neither was willing to relocate (Jordan wanted to stay in Columbus, while Amber already built a home with her daughter in Mount Vernon), which led to distrust.
As Amber put it at the reunion, “When I pictured marriage, I pictured somebody to come home with after work, cooking, having a good time. If I’m with somebody I love, I don’t really care where I live. I’m not focusing on where my friends are, where the bars are. Why wouldn’t he want to be cuddled up with his wife at the end of the night?”
