Anyone else watch Temptation Island and feel the need to visit? Specifically for the pristine beaches, gorgeous villas, and tropical paradise vibes, as opposed to…you know, the messy relationship drama.
If you’re wondering where the second season of Netflix’s highly horny and even more highly addictive reality show was filmed, we have all the info you need—including which resort was used.
Where Was Temptation Island Season 2 Filmed?
The show was filmed in gorgeous Kailua-Kona, Hawai‘i. I mean, if you weren’t absolutely smitten by those opening shots with the helicopters, I don’t know what to say!
Where Did the Women Stay?
The men and women were divided into two separate villas so they could get to know the “singles” with plenty of space. In the past—according to Hawaii Activities—the women stayed at the Wander Puako Bay Villa in Waimea, a beachfront estate “boasting 115 feet of oceanfront along the Puako Marine Reserve” with “disappearing mahogany walls that open to an expansive lanai, blending indoor and outdoor living.” It’s about $19,000 for a week. This season it looks like the villa changed…we’ll let you know when we get a precise location!
As for sleeping arrangements, last season producer David Friedman told Variety, “In the women’s house, they actually slept in a guest house that was 60 feet away from the main house. But they’re all living together, and it’s important that the couples have the choice to invite someone to stay, but also aren’t forced upon that.
Where Did the Men Stay?
The men’s villa was reportedly located at the Hokukano Bayhouse, “a spectacular Balinese style, oceanfront estate located at Keauhou Bay, in Kailua-Kona with non stop oceanfront pleasure, boasting incredible views and romantic sunsets. It’s $4,000 a night.
