TheAge of Attraction season 1 reunion hit the Viall Files YouTube channel on April 1 and—no joke—it’s almost three hours long. Two hours and fifty-two minutes, to be precise. For an eight-episode season. Truly, I thought it was an April Fool’s Day prank.
But it wasn’t! And so, to save you three hours of time, I watched it so you don’t have to, and I’m here to give you the low-down. Where are the six couples who left the Promise Room together last summer to now? Here’s what they revealed about their relationship statuses nearly a year after filming. Starting with…
John and Theresa
Age gap: 27 years
Status: Broken up
Though these two were going strong for a little bit after the show wrapped, their love ultimately didn’t last. According to Theresa, John’s sister (and, apparently, another cast member) ultimately made her feel “uncomfortable” about the age gap between herself and John, and she let her insecurities get the better of her. In her retelling, John didn’t do much to assuage those anxieties, either.
“I was just dying for some support, some reassurance of some sort, and I didn’t get any,” Theresa said at the reunion.
However, John felt her insecurities were more an issue than her age. “The age isn’t an issue unless we make it an issue,” he said, “and she felt uncomfortable being in public, people looking at us differently.”
Logan and Vanessa
Age gap: 20 years
Status: Engaged
Surprise! After getting engaged during the season finale, Logan and Vanessa are still engaged in April 2026. They even made things IG official:
Chris and Leah
Age gap: 15 years
Status: Broken up
As you probably recall, these two broke up during the finale, and no, they didn’t end up rekindling things. But there has been an update: Chris is going to be on Perfect Match season 4.
Derrick and Pfeifer
Age gap: 20 years
Status: Broken up
While Pfeifer was a no-show at the reunion, Derrick was there to fill fans in on what they missed. According to him, Pfeifer ultimately decided that moving from Seattle to Dallas was “too much” for her, and they split just about a month after filming.
Pfeifer later took to TikTok to give her own post-show update, revealing that she is now dating someone new. Her mystery man surprised her with a recent trip to Japan, so she was away while the reunion was filmed…but I get the feeling she wouldn’t have taken part in it even if she was available.
Andrew and Libby
Age gap: 16 years
Status: Still together
Yep, Andrew and Libby are still an item! During the reunion, the couple revealed that they’re currently doing long distance, but Libby eventually plans on moving from San Diego to Baltimore to be with him. Oh, and she also revealed that she hasn’t met Andrew’s kids yet, which is…interesting!
Jorge and Vanelle
Age gap: 33 years
Status: It’s complicated
During the reunion, Jorge and Vanelle revealed that they’re on good terms—and while they didn’t say they were anything more than friends, I’ve seen some clues to suggest that they may be giving their relationship another try…
