These days, every member of Mom Tok is loaded. The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives has been on for four seasons at this point, and the sponsorships and endorsements are coming faster than you can say “we should all know less about each other.” But let’s get one thing straight: Jessi Draperhas been rich this entire time.
Yeah, she’s getting paid by Hulu (all the Mormon Wives get the same amount, by the way), and yeah she’s getting brand deals with the likes of Amazon, but she also owns multiple successful businesses: JZ Styles, a hair salon and hair extensions brand, and JZ Academy, a hair design school for aspiring stylists.
Jessi is obviously doing well for herself, but personal wealth became a topic of conversation towards the end of TSLOMW Season 4 thanks to her prenup potentially being null and void due to not being signed by a witness. While having tearful conversations with her friends about the prenup situation, Jessi alluded to the fact that she has a lot of money, saying “I don’t know what will happen, I’ll probably lose millions” and “I mean, I’ve told you how much I’m worth.” She also said that without the prenup, Jordan is entitled to a portion of her earnings from the last five years, and that when they got married she was “worth a lot less than I am now.”
So, What Is Jessi’s Net Worth?
Only she knows the details of her bank account, but Brit + Co reported that Jessi had a net worth of $1.65 million last year. Though, that seems a little on the low side considering her multiple income streams, the fact that Mormon Wives has been bringing home the brand deal bacon for four seasons, and the fact that Jessi herself referenced losing millions, plural.
Was Jessi and Jordan’s Prenup Valid?
Jessi spoke to Cosmopolitan about where things stand, saying she decided to “let go of the prenup conversation, because I want to make the decision for me and my happiness, rather than for money.”
She added, “I still will look into that in the future if I need to. But I felt like I was basing the decision [about whether or not to get divorced] off of that. And I didn’t want to do that.”
Jessi also just launched a line of sweaters referencing the situation that seem very light hearted, so…
All that said, Jordan just filed for divorce, so we’ll see how the prenup situation could unfold….
