IDK about you, but I *personally* am tired AF of these frigid, record-shattering temperatures sweeping the nation and as a result, have been rewatching The White Lotus and daydreaming of jet setting off to a sexy island location for the summer with unlimited money to burn—you know, minus all the freaky drama. Consider the showrunners mind readers, because they just dropped three more cast members who will be joining The White Lotus season 4.
Harry Potter fans, brace yourselves: Bellatrix Lestrange will be vacationing in the French Riviera. That's right, Helena Bonham Carter is joining The White Lotus universe, and will hopefully bring her penchant for quirkiness to the show. Potter aside, Helena's a Hollywood heavyweight, and has held roles in Fight Club, The Crown, Enola Holmes, Les Misérables, Corpse Bride, and so much more.
Chris Messina, who you might know and love from his time as the dreamy Dr. Danny Castellano on The Mindy Project, is also headed to France for the next season of The White Lotus. Don't think his range is limited to just TV, though—he's held his own in movies like Argo, Devil and Birds of Prey, too...meaning that he will undoubtedly bring some ~spicy~ energy to this upcoming season.
And Marissa Long is the final new cast member announced to be joining The White Lotus season 4. Haven't heard of her? That's because the show marks he first official project and doubles as her television debut, which isn't too shabby TBH!
Following the announcement of her casting, Marissa took to instagram to express her gratitude and and excitement and entering this next phase of her career.
“I’ll try and make this short and sweet But I am absolutely raw right now!!! God is so good - I am in the middle of so many feelings and I’m unbelievably honored to be joining this with such incredible people,” she wrote. “I have the courage I do because of the people that surround me and I want to thank family and so many friends for being so encouraging and giving me such solid ground to always stand on. @tannerzagarino has championed me in ways I could never describe. Love this boy. And Thank you Mike White!!!!!!!!!! I’m speechless and cannot wait for this journey, feeling deeply blessed.. LETS GO!!!!”
And ICYMI, Steve Coogan, Caleb Jonte Edwards, Alexander Ludwig and AJ Michalka (yes, one half of iconic Disney duo Aly and AJ!!!) are the previously announced cast members of The White Lotus season 4, which honestly can't come quick enough. BRB, dreaming of France now...
