Selling Sunset is officially back for its ninth season, which means all the drama between The Oppenheim Group will definitely resurface if it hasn’t already. The season 9 premiere kicked off with a bang, as Nicole Young and Chrishell Stause’s longstanding feud reached a new level when they got into a heated argument. During a group outing for Friendsgiving, Chrishell called out Nicole’s allegations about her former bestie, Emma Hernan, having an affair with a married man and claimed they weren’t true.

They eventually got into a screaming match, where Chrishell made a dig at Nicole and brought up her alleged cocaine overdose. Nicole fought back with a low blow about Chrishell’s late parents, saying, “Honey, you’re confusing me with your parents, okay? You seem to be obsessed with drugs.”

While Mary Bonnet attempted to shut down the situation altogether, the rest of the table turned on Nicole in Chrishell’s defense. Emma and Amanza Smith called Nicole out for speaking about Chrishell’s late parents, with Amanza adding, “I hope you are on drugs because this is fucking inexcusable.”

Nicole responded, “She’s talked about them being addicts. It’s okay for me to continually be called a drug addict. You talked about your parents doing drugs.”

Nicole was then kicked out of the restaurant once Emma called her out for being “sick and evil.”

Chrishell has since addressed the situation—including Nicole’s potential exit—after the new batch of episodes dropped on Wednesday, October 29. “Your favorite train wreck is now streaming!” Chrishell wrote, in part, on Instagram. “This year for Girl’s Giving we are serving c*nt.”

She then claimed that Nicole “brings out the worst” in her, adding, “The build up clearly had to be condensed down. I didn’t bring the stupid drug thing up, but defended not lying, and it escalated from there. Information was shared with me by another cast member that I brought up in the heat of the moment that I shouldn’t have.”

The Traitors star also dedicated the latest season of Selling Sunset to her parents, writing, “Because of what was said, they are brought up in every interview that I do. They were such bad asses, and would be very proud of me. (Yes even after this dinner) My mom would have had some choice words for a few people, and we would have laughed.”

As for Nicole, she told Netflix’s Tudum that she has no regrets about the argument, saying, “I’m proud of how I stood my ground, and I’m proud of how I hope things will come across. At least I can walk away with my head held high.”

While she remains on good terms with Mary, Nicole admitted that she doesn’t plan on apologizing to Chrishell and that her friendship with Amanza is “permanently in the past.”

“I’m content with where I’m at,” she said of her strained relationship with Chrishell. “I said my piece.”

And while Brett and Jason Oppenheim did dismiss Nicole from her job at The O Group because of her insensitivity, she claims that she was “never fired.”

“That storyline was frustrating for me, because the truth of the matter is I was never fired from the office or The Oppenheim group,” she shared, explaining that each realtor is an independent contractor and they don’t have a typical 9-to-5. “Not coming into the office and continuing to work and do business, that wasn’t a huge deal.”
