Seeing as Selling Sunset is entering its ninth season, it’s safe to say we can't get enough of The Oppenheim Group employees. From Emma Hernan and Chrishell Stause’s feud to Jason Oppenheim’s relationship history with half the staff, we are fully emerged in the goings on of their lives. Which means we’re also interested to know about their net worths and how much they earn from the show.
Yep, while the real estate agents spend a lot of their time selling incredible homes to the rich and famous, they’re also living fairly luxurious lives themselves. You only have to look at the amount of Chanel they wear around the office, after all.
So, how much is each member of the Selling Sunset cast worth? Here’s what we found out.
Mary Fitzgerald’s net worth: $1 million
Mainly down to her commission from selling houses, Mary is reportedly worth a cool $1 million. She and husband Romain Bonnett have also recently started a business flipping houses, where they hope to do up properties and sell them on quickly to make a profit.
Amanza Smith’s net worth: $1 million
Before gaining her real estate license and joining The Oppenheim Group as a realtor, Amanza was an interior designer and stager, who would get homes ready to be sold. She also worked as a model before joining the cast in season three. And now we couldn’t imagine the show without her!
Alanna Gold’s net worth: $2 million
In addition to co-owning a literal town (remember that trip to Pioneertown?), Alanna amassed her reported $2 million fortune through a combination of modeling and real estate. Before joining The Oppenheim Group in 2023, she began her real estate career in 2021, working with Westside Estate Agency.
Nicole Young’s net worth: $3 million
Nicole has a reported net worth of $3 million, having worked at The Oppenheim Group and earned commissions for the best part of a decade. Although, in episode one of Selling Sunset season 7, she and Chrishell have a huge falling out at Chelsea’s birthday party, with Chrishell fuming, “I make more than you in five minutes than you could make in five years.”
Nicole retorts, "From Instagram. That’s so cute. That’s going to be around for a long time... I’m working on a long-term career. I was Jason’s first agent at The O Group over 10 years ago. I helped build this company from the ground up. I’m here to work.”
Chelsea Lazkani’s net worth: $3 million
According to Celebrity Net Worth, Chelsea's net worth is about $3 million. Back in 2017, Lazkani actually worked as a business strategist and solar analyst with companies in the oil and gas industry, leaving to get her real estate license five years ago. Before working for The Oppenheim Group, Chelsea was working in real estate for Rodeo Realty, while her ex-husband Jeff Lazkani is a managing partner for Icon Media Direct.
Emma Hernan’s net worth: $4 million
Yep, Emma is worth a whopping $4 million—but the majority of Emma’s wealth reportedly doesn’t come from commission from selling real estate. Instead, she has her own plant-based frozen food company called Emma Leigh & Co., which sells empanadas—plus, she’s has done a lot of modeling over the years. She also joined The Oppenheim Group back in 2018, despite only joining Selling Sunset in season four, and has over 2 million Instagram followers.
Bre Tiesi’s net worth: $6 million
Several outlets report Bre’s net worth as $6 million—which isn’t all that surprising, considering she’s been modeling since she was a teen. Prior to joining The Oppenheim Group, she worked at Keller Williams Beverly Hills, another real estate agency with a number of high profile clients.
And though she has a history in the modeling world, she moved over to real estate to forge a sustainable career, telling People, “As amazing as modeling was as an industry for me, I was just kind of over it. You know, I’m 31 now. So I’m like, it’s time to be a big girl!”
Chrishell Stause’s net worth: $6 million
Apparently, Chrishell is one of the richest of the Selling Sunset agents, thanks to some high commissions from her properties and also her acting career in Days Of Her Lives. Reports also claim she can charge the highest for a sponsored Instagram post (thanks to her 4 million followers) and has had partnerships with the likes of Lipsy and Adobe. Plus, Chrishell paid $3.3 million for her home in the Hollywood Hills in 2021.
Jason Oppenheim and Brett Oppenheim’s net worths: $50 million...each!
According to Business Insider, Jason and Brett are worth $50 million each! Jason Oppenheim joined his great-great-grandfather’s firm, Stern Realty Co. (originally founded in 1889), and rebranded it as The Oppenheim Group before twin Brett joined the company. The pair have had extremely wealthy and famous clients over the years, long before Selling Sunset the show even existed.
