Anna Yuan is speaking out over her decision to leave the Love Is Blind season 9. Quick reminder: Anna formed a connection with both Blake Anderson and Patrick Suzuki during the show, only for production to inform fans that she'd left in episode 3.

Anna initially explained her decision to Tudum, saying ultimately she wasn't comfortable on camera: "I started seeing myself being pretty vulnerable, and it scared me a little bit because this is an intimate part of my brain. These are very sensitive topics for me. It’s not that I’m just sharing it with whoever I’m dating or the other women—this is going to be broadcast for people."

And amid a TON of conversation the fan base, Anna just spoke out on Instagram with an official statement. "This will probably be last and only post about LIB," she wrote. "With all of the online attention, daily DMs, hundreds of comments I have to delete daily... this isn’t the attention I wanted by agreeing to participate in the experiment. I tried it, ultimately it didn’t work out for me and that’s okay."

Anna added that she's reached out to Patrick, saying, "The only thing I cared about was hurting Patrick with how exited the show and I deeply regretted that. Since then him and I have built a friendship that means a lot to me. And that’s all that matters. Although I’m grateful for this experience this was filmed almost 2 years ago and when I left I wanted that chapter to come to a close. Please respect that and give me and my friends and family the privacy we deserve. Much love and remember that we are real people and to be kind ❤️ Thank you for reading ❤️"
