Settle in, because White Lotus fans are convinced that Walton Goggins and Aimee Lou Wood are feuding. The "evidence," you ask? Mostly the fact that they no longer follow each other on Instagram, despite each of them following the rest of The White Lotus cast.
As one person put it in the White Lotus Reddit:
"they unfollowed each other on insta a couple weeks ago, walton posts white lotus stuff and tags everyone in the photos except aimee lou wood, posts a whole tribute to white lotus and still doesn’t tag her, posts tons of pictures of her on his story in a commemorative tribute to the show. what happened? they used to idolize each other and talk about each other in such positive light in interviews and such, it’s so weird that all of a sudden there’s this switch up?"
Fans are also speculating that "he clearly blocked her because all her comments are gone on his Instagram. His is still on hers though."
To be fair, Walton and Aimee do still talk about each other in a "positive light." In fact, she just gave an interview to The Hollywood Reporter and mentioned Walton skipping the finale viewing party. "I was sad that Walton wasn’t there because it was something that we did together but also it’s so fucking Rick and Chelsea," she said. "Like, of course Walton had to watch it alone and of course I had to watch it in the group because there is so much Aimee in Chelsea and so much Walton in Rick."
Meanwhile, Walton posted a super sentimental post about Rick and Chelsea and thanked Aimee directly, writing "Thank you Aimee Lou for being my partner… a journey I will never forget."
That said, we know for sure that there was cast drama on set of The White Lotus thanks to Jason Isaacs telling Vulture that “Some people got very close, there were friendships that were made and friendships that were lost. They say in the show, ‘What happens in Thailand stays in Thailand,’ but there’s an off-screen White Lotus as well, with fewer deaths but just as much drama.”
He then told The New York Times "I’m not going to break ranks and say who did what to whom, but it certainly wasn’t a holiday."
