A familiar face is lurking on White Lotus. Turns out Greg is one of the ubiquitous rich bald men staying at the luxury resort in Thailand—a pretty major surprise that'll doubtless have implications this season. But if your memory is meh, much like this season's theme song, quick reminder on Greg's White Lotus lore and what his presence could mean for the weeks ahead.

A Brief Gregstory Lesson

We first meet Greg at the White Lotus Maui during Season 1, where he a) reveals he works for the Bureau of Land Management, b) asks out Tanya, and c) informs her that he's sick and might drop dead at any moment. Tanya—an easy target, bless—decides to stick with him due to death being the "last immersive experience I haven't tried," while simultaneously telling a very disappointed Belinda she isn't going to invest in her wellness business (though she does hand her some cash, so there's that).

Cut to Season 2 and Greg and Tanya are now married and at the White Lotus Sicily—though Greg is definitely being distant/weird/salty about their prenup, and Tanya suspects he's cheating. By the end of the season, Tanya realizes that Greg hired his maybe-probably former lover, Quentin, to kill her in what definitely appears to be a plot to steal her money. (Note: Tanya ends up evading Greg and Quentin's devious plot, but then falls overboard to her death.)

So, What Does This Mean for Season 3?

Greg has a new girlfriend/target, and—due to a truly bizarre obsession with White Lotus properties—is living above the hotel in Thailand. Obviously, he and Belinda have history, and pretty sure she's not a huge fan considering he essentially stole Tanya out from under her. Seems like Belinda could be the one to finally take Greg down, though Jennifer Coolidge has other plans.

“I hope there’s some comeuppance for evil Greg," she told Jeremy Allan White during Variety’s Actors on Actors. "I think he should, I don’t know, end up in a meat-grinding machine... If Tanya could come back in any form, maybe she could come back as a seagull and poke Greg’s eyes out."

Yes pls.
