What happened with Casey on Love Island last time?
The first time Casey entered Love Island, the majority of his time was spent dating Claudia Fogarty. However, the couple hit a stumbling block during Casa Amor. Casey got to know new arrival Cynthia but ultimately decided to recouple with Claudia.
While they got over this pretty quickly, things then went down hill again when new bombshell Rosie Seabrook entered the villa and Casey was interested in getting to know her. Casey and Rosie ended up getting together and left the series together.
Casey then reentered the villa as a late arrival bombshell alongside Joanna Chimonides on the first season of Love Island All Stars last year. He ended up getting to know Eve Gale and Kaz Kamwi...but they both turned into friendships rather than romantic connections.
Why has Casey returned to Love Island?
Casey is now making his third appearance on the show and has revealed he wants to come out of the villa with a girlfriend.
"Getting to go in within the first few days of the show, I feel like I’ve got such a big opportunity to find someone and hopefully come out of the villa potentially with a girlfriend," he told ITV before arriving.

Who has Casey dated?
Since leaving the villa in 2023, Casey has dated fellow Love Islander Georgia Harrison. The couple had an awkward reunion during last year's All Stars, where they discussed what caused them to split. Casey revealed Georgia's spiritual connection with his grandad, who had passed away, put him off the relationship.
While reconnecting on All Stars, he said, "Do you really wanna know what did push me back? You know, me I'm not really much of a spiritual person... You mentioned my grandad and stuff like that and it really threw me off."
Georgia, however, had a different take on what happened, telling her side of the story. She said, "No, I was saying that when I was meditating, I got an experience where I felt I was sensing things from the other side and that people are still around... I was feeling really guided, and I wanted to share that with you and obviously maybe I shouldn’t have."
Following that conversation, the pair agreed to be amicable but not continue a romantic connection.
During his time on Made in Chelsea, Casey was dating castmate Julia "Muffin" Pollard. However, things weren't believed to have been serious between them and they're no longer dating. Julia is now in a relationship with Tristan Phipps.
