Hi, hello, Vanderpump Rules season 11 is officially upon us. While new drama between cast members is definitely otw, Tom Sandoval is still haunted by the cheating scandal that took the world by storm on season 10 of the Bravo reality series. During an appearance on Bachelor alum Nick Viall's The Viall Files podcast with his business partner Tom Schwartz, Tom reflected on his past mistakes and opened up about what he's learned post-Scandoval.

"I'm just trying to be a better person, I swear to God I really am," Tom told Nick on the January 30 episode of The Viall Files. "What have I learned? To not ever do that again, to not ever be in a nine-year fucking relationship and end it that way. To not ever cheat that way. I'm never going to do that, never going to happen again."

Nick then asked what we're all probably definitely thinking: "What do you mean 'cheat that way?' When you say 'cheat that way' it implies that you might cheat differently."

"To have an affair. To ever do that," Tom said, providing a little more clarity. "That clarification was good," Schwartz added.

Rachel "Raquel" Leviss, who was at the center of the Scandoval cheating affair and opted out of joining Vanderpump Rules season 11, questioned Tom's intentions on the most recent episode of her podcast, Rachel Goes Rogue. The former reality star speculated whether their relationship was real or if he orchestrated the affair for more media attention.

"The thought has crossed my mind, like, 'Did Tom mastermind this?'" Rachel questioned on her podcast. "He is known to self-produce, and all he has is this show, and the success of this show equals longevity in his career. He's over 40 now, and this is his life. This is his main income."

She added, "When we did have conversations like, 'How is this going to play out?' He said, 'We can be together next season.' I think he had his motivation behind it that really escalated the situation. Whereas if it wasn't a reality TV show and we weren't all filming, I wonder if it would be like this."
