For those of you who’ve been streaming “Look at Us Now (Honeycomb)” nonstop since the beginning of March, you’re in good company, because people are obsessed with not only the Daisy Jones soundtrack but also the show itself. It’s an adaptation of the Taylor Jenkins Reid novel of the same name, which follows the rise and fall of a ’70s rock band slightly similar to Fleetwood Mac. And as the season finale approaches (like, literally, it is streaming right now, so please respect my privacy at this time), there are big questions about whether or not there will be a season 2. Here’s what we know.

Will there be a season 2?

As of now, there’s been no word from Amazon Prime about a season 2. That makes sense because the show is based on a book and there’s no sequel to the book. It looks like the show is on track to finish all of what’s covered in the book, so this season should end where the book does.

Could there even be a season 2?

If they wanted to completely make up more plot, that would be the only way to do it. But again, if you’ve read the book and you know how it ends, it would be pretty weird to try to find more story there. It’s a very complete arc for the characters, and the story feels very final.

So I’m just going to have to…not have any more Daisy Jones?

Yeah, I’m so sorry to tell you that, but this might be it. So my advice would be to soak up these last two episodes while you can! Run to Amazon now, people!
