Spoilers for The Wrong Paris ahead. "I did fall in love with you, but I just can't get past the lie you told!" is what happens toward the end of a lot of romantic comedies. The new Netflix movie The Wrong Paris is no different. Only this time, our lead is a contestant on a reality dating show. The stakes aren't just: Will she fall for the guy? They're also: Will she choose him over a cash prize that will allow her to pay her tuition for art school?

If you're itching to find out what happens, read on to find out how The Wrong Paris ends up. And if you aren't one of those spoilers first people, turn back now. (You do you, spoilers people.)

Why is Dawn on the reality show?

To quickly recap: Dawn (Miranda Cosgrove) signs up for a reality TV series called The Honey Pot, because she has been accepted to art school in Paris, but cannot afford the tuition and boarding. Her sister, Emily (Emilija Baranac), tells her to sign up for The Honey Pot. The new season is going to be set in Paris, so she can get a free flight there, try to get eliminated from the show quickly, and collect her $20K appearance payment.

Dawn books the show, but the contestants are surprised to find out that they're vying for the love of a wealthy cowboy in Paris, Texas. Due to the massive contract she signed, blossoming feelings for the cowboy, Trey (Pierson Fodé), and the reveal that she can win additional money in challenges, Dawn sticks around and makes it to the final five of the show. (Dawn and Trey also sneak off for a ton of alone time and even go visit her family, which would not fly on a real dating show.)

How far does Dawn make it on The Honey Pot?

Dawn is kicked off a couple of episodes before the finale—which is going to be set in Paris, Francewhen fellow contestant Lexie (Madison Pettis) finds Dawn's acceptance letter to art school and reveals to Trey that Dawn was clearly planning to live in Paris, not on his farm, so she was obviously there for the money.

Does Dawn go to art school?

After being kicked off the show, Dawn takes her savings and her $20K pay and heads to France for school. Woohoo!

But what about Trey?

Ah, yes. We've got to deal with the man, too.

While sitting at a cafe, Rachel comes up to Dawn and tells her that they're about to film the finale of The Honey Pot, and if she forfeits her winnings, she can rejoin the cast and tell Trey that her feelings for him are real. (This rule had been kinda-sorta mentioned earlier, but also Rachel had told Dawn she couldn't talk to Trey right after she was eliminated, so... it doesn't actually make sense.)

At the finale, Trey tells a producer that he's not actually going to marry either of his final two contestants, Lexie and Jasmine (Christin Park). Dawn shows up, tells Trey she loves him, and that she didn't mention art school and needing the money because she thought they could figure things out together after the show. He—say it with me now—loves her but can't get past the lie. She leaves heartbroken.

Rachel tells Trey that Dawn forfeited the money for a chance to be with him. This (very quickly!) changes things for him. He runs after Dawn and is like,"Why'd you do that?! You need the money! I love you and I will pay for your art school!" (Her rejoining the show and professing her love wasn't a big enough gesture for this guy, I guess.) She turns down his offer, but Trey says he has a plan that she might accept.

Dawn and Trey return to filming. He proposes and asks if she's going to take the "honey" (him) or the "pot" ($250K). She sticks to his plan and chooses the money. They share a passionate kiss. A producer (Torrance Coombs) asks, "Did they just hack my show?" (Meanwhile, all I can think is that this is what the Bachelor in Paradise couples should've done!)

A photo montage shows Trey and Dawn living it up in Paris, Texas and Paris, France—including a proposal in the Jardin des Tuileries—so she can still go to school and he can still run his ranch. The end. Dawn got love, money, and both Parises.
