It's time for one last terrifying paranormal investigation. The Conjuring: Last Rites is the fourth and final film in the main Conjuring series. (As fans of the franchise know, there are also three spinoff movies focused on creepy haunted doll Annabelle and two about a demon nun.) Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga return as Ed and Lorraine Warren, the real-life married demonologist and clairvoyant. This time, they're taking on the case of the Smurl haunting, in which a couple claimed that a demon was haunting their home and causing violence and other disturbances. If that's not enough, the Annabelle doll pops up in the trailer, too.

If you're interested in watching the last Conjuring movie, but would perhaps like to do it from the comfort (and safety and option to burrow under a blanket) of your own home, keep reading to find out when and where the horror film will be streaming.

How can I watch The Conjuring: Last Rites at home?

With The Conjuring: Last Rites being a Warner Bros. movie, it will eventually stream on HBO Max.

It's almost certain that the movie will be available to rent or buy first on a video-on-demand platform like Amazon Prime Video or Apple TV. This is usually an option a month or two after a movie is released. For example, two other recent Warners Bros. movies, Mickey 17 and Final Destination Bloodlines were available a month after their theatrical release; two others, Sinners and F1, were available a month-and-a-half and two months after, respectively.

As for streaming on HBO Max, all of the movies listed above (save F1, because it's not yet streaming) were on HBO Max 77 days after they hit theaters. If The Conjuring: Last Rites, follows this model, this would put the movie on HBO Max on Nov. 22. Just in time for a spooky Thanksgiving?
