All About the Love Lives of the ‘Selling the OC’ Cast
Find out who’s still dating who post-season 4.
At long last, Selling the OC season 4 is here, and as you’ve likely come to expect, the season left fans with more questions than answers. For instance: Why did six O Group agents decide to leave the show following season 3? Why did Jason Oppenheim choose Alex Hall for the Cypress House listing? And why was Ashtyn Zerboni constantly stirring the pot? But perhaps the biggest question is: What’s going on with the Selling the OC cast’s love lives now that cameras have stopped rolling?
While many of the show’s cast members have long-time partners and spouses, we were introduced to some new love interests this past season, including Alex’s boyfriend, Ian Young, and Polly’s new flame, Luke Gulbranson (who you might recognize from Summer House). Alex Hall
Current relationship status: Single
Though she debuted a new relationship on season 4 of Selling the OC, Alex recently revealed that she and boyfriend Ian Young have called it quits. She was previously married to attorney Neil Flores for seven years, with whom she shares a daughter and a son.
Polly Brindle
Current relationship status: Possibly dating Meyer Swanepoel
During Selling the OC season 4, Polly struck up a romance with Summer House’s Luke Gulbranson, but it seems their relationship has since fizzled out. As she told Netflix’s Tudum, “Luke is great,” and their romance “was fun,” but the distance made things too challenging.
Now it seems she’s possibly dating a South African real estate advisor named Meyer Swanepoel (at least, based on their Taylor and Travis Halloween couples costume).
Brandi Marshall
Current relationship status: Married to Sean Marshall
Brandi has been married to entrepreneur and former professional basketball player, Sean Marshall, since 2015, and together, they share a son, Sean Jr. Brandi also has a daughter, Autumn, from a previous relationship.
Gio Helou

Current relationship status: Married to Tiffany Helou
After meeting back in high school (and rekindling things years later) Gio tied the knot with publicist Tiffany Helou in 2020. Three years later, they welcomed their son, Teddy.
Austin Victoria
Current relationship status: Married to Lisa Victoria
Austin has been with influencer and fashion designer Lisa since they were both teens, and they finally made things official by getting married in 2018. The following year, they welcomed twin daughters, Hazel and Lila, and then in 2024, they had their son, Aeson.
Tyler Stanaland
Current relationship status: Engaged to Hannah Morrisey
Following his 2023 divorce from actress Brittany Snow, Tyler is now engaged to his new love, Hannah, who he proposed to October 2025 just five months after going public with their relationship on Instagram.
Ashtyn Zerboni
Current relationship status: Married to Jeff Zerboni
Newcomer Ashtyn got married to real estate professional Jeff Zerboni back in 2022, and just before celebrating their third wedding anniversary, they welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Juliette.
Kaylee Ricciardi
Current relationship status: Single
Though Kaylee previously dating a friend of Austin’s (which is how she knew him prior to joining the Selling the OC cast), she is seemingly single at the moment.
Fiona Belle
Current relationship status: Dating Joey Lennon
Newbie Fiona revealed during season 4 that she was previously married, but she’s since moved on with Australian fitness trainer Joey Lennon, who she began seeing in late 2024.
Jason Oppenheim

Current relationship status: Dating Jessica Vargas
Following his split from model Marie-Lou Nurk, Jason is now dating Oppenheim Group agent Jessica Vargas. The two first went public with their relationship in April 2025 and are still going strong.
