It’s been nearly a decade since Stranger Things first debuted on Netflix, and it’s hard to believe that the fifth and final season is almost here...and that the cast is now totally grown up. As a reminder, season 5 consists of eight episodes that will be released in three parts, with Part I (which includes the first four episodes) dropping on November 26. Unfortunately, I can’t tell you how things will end for the Hawkins crew, but I can tell you all about who the Stranger Things cast is dating in real life.
Over the past nine years, several of the show’s cast members have found love off-screen, including Millie Bobby Brown (who’s now married to Jake Bongiovi), Gaten Matarazzo (who’s been with fellow actor Lizzy Yu for yeeeears), and Natalia Dyer and Charlie Heaton (who—surprise!—have been dating pretty much since the show began). Gaten has been dating fellow actor Lizzy Yu (who is best known for playing Princess Azula in the live-action adaptation of Avatar: The Last Airbender) since 2018, and the two are still going strong (as evidenced by his November 2025 profile with Esquire, which referenced his “girlfriend” Elizabeth).
Caleb McLaughlin

Caleb is also seemingly single, confessing to Cosmo back in January 2024 that dating was pretty difficult. “I don’t have a girlfriend,” he said at the time. “I mean, I’ve been in situations, but I’ve never had a girlfriend. It’s hard. It’s hard having a girlfriend right now.”
Noah Schnapp
Current relationship status: Single
Since coming out as gay in a January 2023 TikTok post, Noah has kept his love life largely under wraps, but he isn’t publicly dating anyone at the moment.
Sadie Sink
Current relationship status: Single
Sadie tends to be pretty tight-lipped about about her dating life, so even if she were dating someone, it’s unlikely fans would know about it.
Natalia Dyer and Charlie Heaton
