Dua Lipa constantly holds a spot in my Instagram Saved folders and Pinterest boards thanks to her effortlessly chic cool-girl style. So, when news broke last year that she and her longtime love, Callum Turner, were engaged, I already knew their wedding would be iconic.
On May 31, the two made things official with an intimate civil ceremony at Old Marylebone Town Hall in London, where Dua wore a sleek white Schiaparelli Couture skirtsuit designed by Daniel Roseberry…but the Grammy winner wasn’t done celebrating just yet!
As a Page Six source revealed the day after the ceremony, “The actual wedding weekend is June 5-7 at Villa Valguarnera in Bagheria, Sicily, near Palermo, Italy,” adding, “It’s going to be a huge, ultra-luxurious affair.”

The Location
We all know Dua is the Vacanza Queen, so a destination wedding was a given for her and Callum’s nuptials (and it makes sense that they had a quiet town hall wedding ahead of their international celebration, since getting married abroad can be tricky).
According to The Times, the couple selected Palermo, Sicily, as their wedding location after taking a vacation there last summer.
The Venue
Dua and Callum chose the luxurious Villa Igiea, a Rocco Forte Hotel, as the guest headquarters, with a source for Page Six first reporting, “They booked out a hotel so all their guests can stay together, celebrate privately and just enjoy the weekend.”
Those rumors were later confirmed when Dua and Callum arrived at the hotel late in the evening on June 3, according to The Sun.
The celebration officially kicked off with welcome drinks at the Palazzo Valguarnera Gangi on June 5, where Dua stunned in an open-back white dress with a feather train by Bottega Veneta.

Meanwhile, the big day itself is set to take place in Bagheria on June 6 at an 18th-century baroque estate called Villa Valguarnera—which, fun fact, was once seized by Cosa Nostra Mafia bosses.
The Guest List
It’s no secret that Dua and Callum are close with a ton of A-listers and cultural icons, including Elton John, Rosé and Jennie of BLACKPINK, Donatella Versace, and Simon Porte Jacquemus. So chances are, we can expect their wedding guest list (which reportedly includes 200 guests) to be just as stacked.
Already, several big names have descended upon Palermo to celebrate, including Charli xcx, George Daniel, Mark Ronson, Grace Gummer, Troye Sivan, and Joe Alwyn, to name just a few.
The Date
Per initial reports from Italian outlet Giornale di Sicilia, Dua and Callum originally were planning to have a three-day celebration between September 5 and 7.
But then! According to sources who spilled to La Repubblica, they later decided to push their wedding weekend up to the first weekend of June.
The Wedding Dress
Because of her longtime tight-knit bond with Donatella Versace, the internet is convinced that Dua will stun in a custom Atelier Versace wedding gown.
Details are pretty slim, but her followers theorize that the “Training Season” singer may have celebrated her bridal shower earlier this month, when she wore a replica of a sparkling minidress previously worn by Kate Moss in 1995.
Donatella even shared a separate post of the look, writing, “@dualipa, what an angel you are. This Atelier Versace look is a reimagining of what @katemossagency wore on the Versace runway in 1995. You are sparkling. Love youuuuu xx.” Dua and her longtime stylist, Lorenzo Posocco, even dropped comments, so perhaps this theory could hold up.
