Karma is a guy on the Chiefs, and he’s about to get married to Taylor Swift. Potentially in June? There’s been a lot of speculation about Travis and Taylor’s wedding date, mostly because the Kansas City Chiefs are about to start offseason training camp, which means Travis is booked! and! busy!
An update: the Chiefs just announced their dates. Mandatory “minicamp” will go from June 9 to June 11. Meaning that yes, the rumored wedding date of June 13 is…completely free.
Us Weekly sources recently confirmed the June 13 date, with one insider saying Trav and Tay are “both involved and making decisions together” and that they’re “focused on actually enjoying the process rather than getting caught up in the pressure. They’re keeping things light.”
Another source said they might be using two venues, explaining that “The guest list grew, so the ceremony and private gatherings associated with the wedding [will be split between the venues]. Taylor always has a plan B and C for every scenario.”
Venue details are unknown, but Rhode Island seems definite. Per a source, “They feel confident hosting it there. The entire area will be very private and guarded.”
Rumored guests include Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid, Emma Stone, the Haim sisters, Zoë Kravitz, Patrick Mahomes, and Miles Teller, and a source says “They’ve gone back and forth between inviting everyone and keeping it small and private. As of now, they’ve scaled it down. It’s no longer going to be a massive blowout.”
Meanwhile, Tay’s dad will walk her down the aisle, and they’ll do a father-daughter dance. Per the source, “Taylor loves those emotional, meaningful moments, and Travis [is] on the same page.”
Cuuuuute.
