• Jessi Draper says her prenup with Jordan Ngatikaura is valid amid concern it wasn’t witnessed.
  • The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star told Alex Cooper that it’s possible she’ll have to give Jordan a “payout.”
  • Jessi’s alluded to being worth “millions” on Mormon Wives.

Jessi Draper and Jordan Ngatikaura are getting divorce, and if you watched The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, you know there’s been some drama with their prenup. Basically, Jessi was concerned the prenup wasn’t valid due to not being signed by a witness, which would be a problem since she alluded to having lot of money, saying “I don’t know what will happen, I’ll probably lose millions” and “I mean, I’ve told you how much I’m worth.”

Speaking on Call Her Daddy in an interview recorded on March 20, Jessi confirmed the prenup IS valid. “I went to lawyers who were amazing and they were like, ‘Okay, it's actually valid. You don't need a witness signature as long as both of you signed,’ which we have,” she said. “So thank God, I don't have to give him anything from my businesses, but I'll have to pay alimony and child support most likely. And then I might have to do some sort of payout. We haven't gotten there yet 'cause he filed yesterday. So I actually gotta the details of that yet. But I do know like he can't take my business or, you know, anything like that. So I'm happy about that.”

As for her feelings on a potential payout, Jessi said “It sucks and like, yes, I made mistakes in this relationship too and he does deserve something. But all the hard work that I've done, I've built my business up from the ground, me and my family and you just get to like, get a chunk of that like if I do have to do that, so because we have kids, I'm okay with it because I want them to have a dad who has some, some stability.”

Honestly, a great way to look at things!
