The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is back for another messy season, and this time the show is following Taylor Frankie Paul as she gears up for The Bachelorette. And listen: no matter how you feel about her, no one can accuse Taylor of not being honest! She was fully open about continuing to hookup with Dakota despite going on The Bachelorette, and even started casually dating a guy named Ben, who flew all the way to Utah to visit her.
Fans have known about Ben for a minute, and Taylor seemingly addressed their vibe during an appearance on Call Her Daddy, saying "It wasn't a soft launch, whatever. I've met the guy twice, and so...likable guy. He's great. Are we official? No, I don't know the guy, right? Is it a relationship? Nothing along those lines of, like, people soft launch."
She added, "I wanted to date a little before, and that's the point—I haven't dated, I need to get back into it, and don't people date before they go on a dating show? It's the point."
Ben was also supportive of Taylor doing The Bachelorette, and she said "He was like, go do your thing, if you meet someone, we weren't meant to be, and if not, maybe I'll be here."
Soooooo at this point you might be wondering if Ben will pop up on The Bachelorette as a surprise? Not as far as we know! He isn't in the official cast list, but lord knows producers love to throw a curve ball at their lead, so it feels like there's at least a 5/10 chance that he'll show up on the season to make a play for Taylor's heart.
Mormon Wives even teased the moment when Taylor’s fellow Mom Tok members thought they saw Ben at the airport on his way to Los Angeles. It didn’t end up being him, but the conspiracy theorist in me thinks producers left the scene in the show for a reason!
