- Donna Kelce was a key cast member on The Traitors before her elimination last week.
- She was only part of the fan-favorite series for its first three episodes.
- Her star athlete sons, Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce, have officially debriefed her experience on the show.
Donna Kelce’s time on The Traitors may have come and gone, but her superstar sons have just officially weighed in on her experience on the show. (For the record, we so called this.)
Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce talked all things Traitors on the most recent installment of their New Heights podcast, where they reflected on their mom’s banishment in the third episode.
“For my stamp of the week, I’m keeping it in the family. Dude, I’m going Mom all day. Did you watch this?” Travis said during the pod’s Stamp of the Week segment, where he and Jason shoutout people and their achievements. “I was so proud of her, man. She looked like she was having a blast, enjoying it all.”
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end also commended Donna for how she settled into Alan Cumming’s Scottish castle after she was chosen as the first Secret Traitor in the show’s history.
“[She] showed everybody what she’s got. It was just so cool to see her in this moment,” he added during the pod’s January 14 episode. “Shout-out to my guy Ron Funches for sticking by her side and being kind to her… I’m sure he probably felt a certain way after he found out she was the Secret Traitor.”
He didn’t stop there. He fully gushed about Donna “living out her dream” in the game. “It was just so fun to see her out there, living out her dream, giving the world a beautiful message about being fortunate enough to do these things at her age and where she is in life, and it’s just so cool to see her live in that moment, man. She stood her ground at the roundtable.”
Jason also praised Donna for her “fantastic” gameplay, despite her status as an “easy target” since it was her first foray into a reality TV competition.
“I thought Mom did a great job. I loved watching her,” Jason shared. “She was way more deceitful and devious than I thought Mom could ever be, which was surprising.”
This isn’t the first time the brothers have discussed the fan-favorite Peacock series. Before their mom was cast as a secret Traitor this season, they spoke about hypothetically getting in on the game during a September 2024 episode of New Heights.
“Dude, you would fucking crush it on Traitors,” Trav told Jason at the time.
“I can’t lie, you know that. I’m an awful liar,” Jason admitted, before he claimed he wouldn’t be “savvy enough” to succeed at the game after playing a version of it with his friends.
The possibility of Travis being on the show isn’t entirely off the table, either. At the time, the athlete said, “I just want to play the game. I do think that I’d be better as a Faithful.”
Jason, of course, supported his brother. “Trav, you’d be good in either one of them. If you can be a lead actor in a FX original series…” he said, in reference to Travis’s stint on Grotesquerie.
“A lead actor is a fucking stretch. Get the fuck outta here,” Travis laughed as he cut him off.
All this to say…we would like to see it! Or, at least, a New Heights episode where Donna dishes all about her time in Scotland.
