After months of rumors and anticipation, it's finally been confirmed who will be playing the leads of the live-action remake of Disney's Tangled. Drum roll please, as Teagan Croft and Milo Manheim will be playing the iconic roles of Rapunzel and Flynn Rider.

The exciting announcement was confirmed yesterday after final screen tests reportedly took place in London in December. The movie will be directed by Michael Gracey and is the latest in a series of live-action remake of Disney animated classics, with 2025 seeing the release of Snow White and the remake of Moana coming in July later this year.

The original Tangled film came out in 2010 and starred Mandy Moore as the voice of Rapunzel and Zachary Levi as Flynn.

Teagan Croft has been acting since 2016, when she made her on-screen debut in Home and Away. She's best known for her role in the series Titans which she starred in for five years and played the role of Rachel/White Raven.

She's also starred in the movie True Spirit and has a number of projects coming up outside of Tangled, too.
