Rhea Seehorn is nominated for Best Actress at the 2026 Golden Globes thanks to her leading role as Carol in Apple TV's new sci-fi series, Plurabis, and the odds are definitely in her favor (though, to be clear, the category is stacked!). Either way, Rhea will be walking the red carpet—presumably with her fiancé, Graham Larson. In case you're unfamiliar with their relationship, the vibes are very cute, so here's a quick refresher as we head into awards season.

They Met Through His Ex

Rhea revealed this iconic fact on Twitter back in 2019, responding to the question "If you have a lover/spouse/partner/boyfriend/girlfriend how did you meet?" with this gem of a story:

"told my hairdresser I’d like 2start dating again, she said I should meet this other woman in the salon. I hit it off w her & was just happy making a new girlfriend. But she insisted on setting me up. I’m now engaged 2 him. It was her ex. She didn’t tell me."

She's Super Close to Graham's Ex

Like, they did an entire podcast together about their blended family:

Rhea said, "Right at the beginning, he told me about the kids. He was like, 'I want you to know that the kids are the most important thing in my life, so you do not have to make a decision on if you want kids or don’t want kids right now—but in your head, if you’re like, I don’t want them in my life, we shouldn’t do a second date.'"

She added, "I did find it attractive, because he wasn’t like, 'You need to know if you want to be a stepmom today.' He wasn’t advancing the relationship in an uncomfortable way, but he was definitely putting it out there that he was here for a relationship. I appreciated it—that’s very forthcoming."

He Works in Real Estate—But He Used to Work in Film

Per Graham's website, "His professional journey began in public relations at Ogilvy, Adams & Rinehart in Washington, DC, followed by a move to New York City to cut his teeth in the production world. Once settled in Los Angeles, Graham enjoyed great success producing TV and film including the Emmy Award winning series 'Once and Again' and the Academy Award winning film The Last Samurai."

He Has Two Sons

Graham and his ex-wife have two sons, who spend tons of time with Rhea. As he put it in his work bio, "Graham lives in Cheviot Hills with his fiancé and two sons." They've also been spotted at multiple events together:
