AND do pull-ups (she joked "strong dislike, two thumbs down"), AND throw around a giant weighted ball, AND hit a mat with some sort of sledge hammer.

Taylor joked that her increased strength is from "all the pent up rage and resentment" she has towards working out, and explained that training is vital for being able to perform The Eras Tour.

"There are a lot of things that we pulled off on this tour that I've never even attempted on past tours," she said. "I think the longest show I ever did before was two hours and fifteen minutes. I never would have believed you if you told me we would be doing a three and a half hour show. Now, saying that is one thing, doing that physically is another. I've never worked out this much in my life, it's horrible. I really had to up my game in terms of physical training. Six months ahead of my first rehearsal, running on the treadmill every single day at the tempo of the songs that I was playing while singing them out loud. Anything's hard when you're scaling the entire length of an NFL stadium. I think I run like eight miles in this show."
