- Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are not rushing wedding plans!
- The couple are "equally involved" and planning the event together.
- Reminder: these two got engaged back in August, and rumor (emphasis on rumor!) has it they'll get married next year.
Another day, another update on Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding plans. There have been plenty of rumors and speculation about the big day (people think it's going down in Rhode Island, but who knows!), and a source tells People that honestly? Tay and Travis aren't rushing into things.
"When it comes to wedding planning, nothing feels rushed or one-sided," the insider explains. "They’re both equally involved and excited, and this isn’t something one or the other is carrying on their own. They’re approaching it as a partnership, talking things through together and enjoying the process in a way that feels natural to them."
Noted! And by the way, this comes amid another source spilling to Us Weekly that "Taylor wants the lead-up to her wedding to Travis to feel grounded and not chaotic," and the wedding itself "won’t be a super huge" when it comes to guest count."
The outlet also spoke to someone who dropped details on the couple's relationship these days, saying "Travis has given Taylor a sense of calm. He supports her in ways that she could have never imagined, and he never expects her to perform or curate a persona around him. That kind of ease has given her permission to be her real self. It’s always light between them, and although they have serious life conversations, they really don’t argue or fight.... This is her favorite time of year with the holidays and her birthday, and she has been intentionally slowing down. She’s been nesting, cooking, spending time with family and carving out space to enjoy being engaged."
