• Alix Earle and Braxton Berrios recently broke up after two years of dating.
  • Sources claim the couple broke up due to the difficulty of long-distance.
  • Now, Alix has gotten candid about her feelings post-breakup in a TikTok video posted on Dec. 10.

Alix Earle is letting her guard down for her 8 million TikTok followers in the aftermath of her reported breakup with NFL wide receiver Braxton Berrios. In a chill, makeup-free video posted on December 10, the Dancing With the Stars runner-up got candid about her emotions as she lay in bed.

“Is my frontal lobe developing bc I’m about to turn 25 and usually I stress abt having the biggest party but all I want to do is workout, meditate, play card games, and have good convos w the ppl closest to me,” she wrote in the video, which she also captioned, “Either I’m maturing or rlly going thru it .. maybe both.”

The feelings are new territory for the TikTok star, as most of her content over the years has focused on her getting ready for parties with her college besties and beyond. Fellow social media personality Tana Mongeau reassured Alix that she wasn’t alone in the feeling, as she recently “retired” her party girl persona.

“YES THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. it’s so scary at first??? like why don’t i want to rage??” she wrote.

On the flip side, some people straight-up asked Alix to “spill the tea already” on her reported breakup in the comments section. Fans showed their support and came to her defense, with one writing, “Y’all her caption literally says she going through it… obviously they’re broken up, leave the girl alone my gosh.”

Neither Alix nor Braxton has publicly commented on their breakup, which came after two years of dating. Several sources revealed that the former couple may have split up due to struggles with their long-distance relationship.

Distance was a huge factor. She really wants to spend more time in L.A., while Braxton lives in Florida,” an insider told Us Weekly, adding that the more they spent time away from each other, “the more they realized they were growing apart as a couple.”
