ICYMI, we just released our second annual list of Z-Stars—the next class of artists, influencers, and overall trend setters that are making big waves—in partnership with Next Gen, the youth marketing division of United Talent Agency. They’re serious pros when it comes to amplifying Gen Z’s thoughts on what’s cool now and what will be cool in the future. How do they do this, you ask? Enter: ZCON, a two-day conference in L.A. that brings young voices and their favorite brands together. Luckily, Cosmo was there to capture all of the best moments.

ZCON Day One

To kick off this year’s conference, Coach, Cosmo, and Next Gen threw a major party to honor our 2025 Z-Stars. Cosmopolitan editor-in-chief Willa Bennett began the night with a toast, before passing things off to magician and mentalist Anna DeGuzman (yup, magicians are so back). Before anyone could fully recover, singer Paravi took the stage for a musical performance that kept people dancing for the rest of the night.

ZCON Day Two

The next day was filled with insightful panels, brainstorm sessions and, of course, tons of your favorite stars. Z-Star honoree Josie Totah and fellow actors Auli’i Cravalho, Chandler Kinny, and Michael Cimino dished on the future of Hollywood, while Cami Téllez, Ramisha Sattar, and Dance Moms’ Nia Sioux got real about making the internet a happier place. Love Island icon Olandria even stopped by for a fireside chat (and that was just half of the day’s events, if you can believe it.)

Huge moment of Day Two: Adam Faze, producer of the TikTok series “Boy Room” announced a “Girl Room” spin-off in collaboration with Amazon Prime. Hosted by Adults star Owen Thiele, the new show will give some chaotic (to put it nicely) rooms the makeovers they deserve. I’ll certainly be tuning in to the first episode on November 11, if you’d like to join me. And just like that, after a fab performance by singer Josh Colley, the third-annual ZCON officially came to a close. Already dreaming of 2026.
