• Alec Baldwin's daughter, Ireland Baldwin, celebrated her thirtieth birthday on Thursday, Oct. 23.

It seems all is well between Hilaria Baldwin and Ireland Baldwin...at least, according to Hilaria’s birthday Instagram for Ireland, which comes amid Ireland’s declaration that she would be cutting off “narcissistic” family members.

Earlier this week, Ireland—who celebrated her thirtieth birthday on Thursday, October 23— reflected on her childhood in a Substack post titled “30, Flirty and Surviving.” Noting that she was a “lonely” child, Ireland wrote, “I grew up feeling like I needed to win over certain people in my own family.” She continued, “For whatever reason, their validation and praise was meaningful to me.”

As she enters her thirties, however, Ireland has decided to cut ties with certain family members. “I move into 30 with a lot less weight on my shoulders,” she wrote, per EW. “This weight that was brought on by the need to continue to carry my narcissistic, unreliable, addict family members who I thought I needed in my life.”

Given the Internet’s somewhat unfavorable opinion of Hilaria and Ireland’s dad, Alec Baldwin, some fans naturally wondered if this meant that Ireland had cut ties with her father—who in 2007 left her a cruel voicemail calling her a “rude, thoughtless little pig.” Enter Hilaria, who decided to take to Instagram to subtly dispelled any belief that Ireland had been talking about her or her husband.

“Happy birthday @irelandirelandireland. How lucky we are that we have you and how in awe I always am at your wisdom, strength, resilience,” Hilaria wrote in part on Thursday.

She continued, calling her stepdaughter “the best mama, sister...friend, daughter,” and adding, “I cherish our relationship.” And then, just in case anyone had any doubt that the two were still on speaking terms, she wrote, “We love you so very much and it was so meaningful to celebrate you today.”

In other words: No drama here, please look elsewhere.
