Hello and welcome if a) you've been obsessed with Role Model for a minute and have a "Wish I Were Sally" t-shirt that you wear in public, or b) are a newly minted fan due to his appearance on Saturday Night Life. We all have one thing in common: a casual curiosity about who Role Model—aka Tucker Harrington Pillsbury— is dating right now. On that note, let's get right to it.

Who Is Role Model Dating in 2025?

As far as we know, no one. Though honestly, he has such amazing chemistry with every single "Sally" that comes on stage, I am personally rooting for him and several dozen people, including but not limited to celebs who are definitely married/taken. Let me live!

Who Has Role Model Dated?

His most major relationship was with Emma Chamberlain, and they were together for a looooooong time—he even wrote "Blind" about her.

The pair first met after Role Model was scrolling through his #FYP and saw a video of Emma attempting to twerk. As he put it, "For some reason—I don't know why, had nothing to do with the twerking, I'm not a f*cking creep—but it showed her personality."

This was back in 2020, and they stayed private for two full years before debuting their relationship at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party in 2022.

Sadly Emma and Role Model split up in 2023, and their breakup inspired much of Role Model's album Kansas Anymore.

"I don’t have an ounce of anger in me…. I think it shows in the album; it’s pretty much [me] just beating myself up," he told Vanity Fair. "I don’t think it would be any news to her. I would never want to hurt someone’s feelings with my music. I don’t have that in my brain or heart."

He continued, "I genuinely am in such a better place in my life now. I have friends in LA for the first time. I’m good now…. I’m more content in LA. I’m happy with the music I’ve made and where my career is at."

As for why they broke up, Role Model's unhappiness in Los Angeles and homesickness definitely played a part. Here he is chatting about it:

What Has Role Model Said About Dating?

Not much other than in the context of his breakup with Emma, but he did tell Rolling Stone about his tendency to blame himself when things go wrong.

"I will always blame myself for everything, no matter what," he said. "Whether it’s relationships, friendships, or just anything in life, I’m quick to take it out on myself. I don’t have it in me to write breakup songs where it’s like, 'Fuck you. You were the worst thing ever.' I don’t think I’ve ever really felt that about anyone, ever. So, my journal probably looks the same way as me writing a song. It’s just a product of how I think and process things, and how I try to look back in a loving way."
