It’s a generally accepted rule of society that parents aren’t supposed to have a favorite child. That said, there’s no rule that says you must have all of your kids on your phone lockscreen. And thank god, or The Kardashians momager Kris Jenner would be in hot water. Kris just revealed which daughter is on her lockscreen, and the answer will definitely surprise you.
Kris made the big reveal during an appearance on the Not Skinny Not Fat podcast, presenting her lockscreen to host Amanda Hirsch. “Kourtney,” she says. But before you make some comment about how Kourtney Kardashian is “the least interesting to look at,” it turns out Kris was wrong. The daughter on her lockscreen is actually Kendall Jenner.
How could Kris mix up Kourtney—her eldest and shortest daughter—with Kendall—her second youngest and tallest? “I mean—I don’t even know their names. Don’t get started,” Kris joked. (To be fair, Kris is far from the only mother to ever confuse the names of her children. In fact, this might be the most relatable she’s ever been.)
Kendall isn’t just on Kris’ lockscreen, by the way—she also got prime wallpaper placement. “It’s all Kendall, all day, every day, all the time,” Kris said. “For everything.” And her sisters certainly take notice. Asked whether Kris’ other daughters—Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner—feel snubbed, Kris admitted, “I get a remark every single time, by whoever I’m with.”
But that’s not to say that her other kids don’t feel the love. Kendall might be on Kris’ lockscreen, but—on the day of the interview—Kylie is her favorite. “Kylie was number one this morning because she spent the night with me last night, we had a sleepover,” she said. “We have a lot of sleepovers.”
