• Dylan Efron says Dancing With the Stars is "tougher" on his girlfriend than on him.
  • Dylan is in a long-term relationship with Courtney King, who largely stays out of the spotlight.
  • The Traitors winner says "it's hard for us right now" but notes that he and Courtney are still in a "great place."

Dylan Efron has been busy dancing his way into our hearts every week on Dancing With the Stars, but the experience has put some strain on his relationship.

The Traitors winner told Nick Viall's The Viall Files podcast (via Us Weekly) that "I would be lying if [I said] Dancing With The Stars wasn’t tough, but I think it’s tougher on Courtney than me."

He added that rehearsal for the competition show is "five hours a day" and that balancing his personal life is "trying."

"It’s trying right now," Dylan explained. "But she’s so supportive. She knows I love her, 100 percent. So it’s like, we know it’s all temporary, so that’s why I don’t think anything’s really changed. I know it’s hard for us right now, but we’re still where we are. We still love each other and, yeah, we’re in a great place."

Dylan also noted that his increased spotlight hasn't change his relationship with Courtney—other than for the better thanks to tons of travel opps.

"The cool thing that’s changed is we started traveling together a lot more," he explained. "Like, for a lot of these trips I’ll do with brands or whatever, I get to bring her with me. I think incorporating her more into that has helped our relationship a lot."

Love that for them!
