On Sept. 17, Cardi B made an appearance on CBS Mornings, where he discussed her forthcoming album, her upcoming tour...and, oh yeah, the baby she has on the way. “I’m having a baby with my boyfriend, Stefon Diggs,” Cardi B told anchor Gayle King in the pre-tapped interview. And for those keeping score at home, yes, this will be Baby #4 for Cardi!

“I’m excited. I’m happy,” she said when asked how she was feeling about the news. I feel like I'm in a good space. I feel very strong, very powerful that I’m doing all this work—but I’m doing all this work while I’m creating a baby.”

In case you missed it, Cardi B and Stefon Diggs have been linked since October 2024, following her July 2024 divorce from Offset (with whom she shares three children). “Me and my man, we’re very supportive of each other,” she told Gayle of her relationship with Stefon. “We’re like in the same space in our careers... We’re never, like, comfortable. We just have to keep going it and that’s just what we are.”

Which would explain how Cardi is balancing both her growing family and her music! Her new album, Am I the Drama?, drops on Sept. 19 (aka literally in two days), and just yesterday she announced her first-ever arena tour, Little Miss Drama, which is set to kick off in February 2026.

And while she’s been denying pregnancy rumors for a hot minute now, Cardi told Gayle during their interview that she simply wanted to announce the big news on her own terms. “I just was like, ‘Can I just say it on my own time?’ Like, I’m not hiding," Cardi B explained. “Let me close some deals first, you know what I’m saying?”

Of course, Cardi took the opportunity to plug her album as well. “By the way, now that I talked about it, y’all better get my album," she joked to the audience.“Y’all wanted to know, right? Now you know. Now y’all can buy my album so I can buy Pampers and diapers and all that type of stuff. I told y’all, now go support my album ’cause I’m a mother of four now!”
