Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce literally just got engaged, but there's already chatter about their eventual prenup—largely because they both, you know, have a ton of money. In Taylor's case, billions of dollars.

While there's no way the details of this prenup will be made public, experts are already speculating on what it might look like.

Law firm partner Sarah Jane Boon of Charles Russell Speechlys told the Daily Mail, "As one of the most successful music artists in the world, Taylor Swift has much to look to protect in a pre-nuptial agreement, not least her hugely valuable back catalogue of music, developed over two decades in the period prior to her relationship with Travis Kelce. Like many who consider entering into a pre-nuptial agreement, Swift and Kelce may look to put in a place an agreement that ringfences the assets they have respectively built up prior to their marriage but provides for them to share in what they will go on to build as a married couple."

Meanwhile, law firm founder Kara Chrobak tells Page Six, "A prenup makes total sense for them. Taylor is reportedly worth around $1.6 billion, and Travis has about $90 million. That’s a huge difference. Having a prenup lets them both go into the marriage knowing their separate assets are protected and avoids messy, expensive litigation if things don’t work out. For people at their level, it’s really about peace of mind and keeping things private, not about planning for divorce."

And again, all of this will almost definitely be private. As Attorney Morgan Mazor tells Page Six, "I would also imagine an NDA is also a significant part of the prenup."
