Taylor Swift just announced her new album, The Life of a Showgirl, in a teaser from her upcoming New Heights episode and the set is packed with easter eggs. First up, the most obvious: there are multiple signs in the background with the new T.S. font—in orange (the color of the album) as well as red and white. Which could mean nothing, or could mean that we're getting VARIANTS.
On top of that, there is a giant pile of friendship bracelets in a jar, a clear shoutout to Taylor's fans.
Meanwhile, that first clip ^ of Taylor and Travis flirting is exactly 13 seconds long, and Taylor is specifically wearing an orange shade of lipstick—a departure from her usual red.
There's also an orange sign directly behind Taylor's head (and a book that simply says "CATS"), but we can't make it out just yet so stay tuned for when the episode drops and we get to see more from this intricate set.
As for album details, we don't know much...but Taylor did just drop a Spotify playlist called "and, baby, that's show business for you" with songs produced by Max Martin and Shellback—leading to speculation that the duo produced The Life of a Showgirl. We also know that the album will come sometime before mid-October, since the shipping date is 10/13/2025.
