Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson are back with their latest flick, The Naked Gun, and while the pair could easily captivate audiences on screen, the same could be said of their real-life connection. The stars have raised eyebrows with their sweet comments about each other and, yes, even a red carpet kiss, throughout the movie’s press tour—and now, sources have officially confirmed that Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson are dating and “enjoying each other’s company.”
According to a People insider, “It’s a budding romance in the early stages. It’s sincere, and it’s clear they’re smitten with each other.”
However! A source for Daily Mail claims these two have been in a romance “for a while,” with “sparks” first flying when they began filming back in May 2024. Per the source, “She has been telling friends he is smitten and does a lot of sweet things for her, like sending her flowers, and spending time with her sons and dogs.”
Dating rumors first started circulating back in November 2024, when Liam fully gushed about working with the Barbed Wire star during his cover story with People, even claiming he was “madly in love with her.”
As he told the mag, “With Pamela, first off, I’m madly in love with her. She’s just terrific to work with. I can’t compliment her enough, I’ll be honest with you. No huge ego. She just comes in to do the work. She’s funny and so easy to work with.”
Pam echoed his sentiment, calling him “the perfect gentleman” because he “sincerely looked after me—wrapped his coat around me when I was cold.” She also told the publication, “He brings out the best in you…with respect, kindness, and depth of experience. It was an absolute honor to work with him.”
Liam’s viral “madly in love” comment came back around during a recent interview etalk CTV. Spoiler alert: He didn’t walk it back.
“We had a lovely chemistry working together,” Liam said of his on-set dynamic with Pam.
He then took a moment to commend The Last Showgirl actor, adding, “Pamela’s become a new power. I’m delighted, you know? And she’s terrific. I have every admiration for her, for this kickoff on the second part of her career. It’s amazing, it’s wonderful. And she’s so ready for it.”
The pair kept the rumor mill going as they cozied up to each other on the red carpet during the New York City premiere of The Naked Gun on July 28. The event also became a family affair, as their grown children joined them for photos.
Most recently, during a July 29 appearance on The Today Show, anchor Craig Melvin asked the pair what we’re all thinking: “What’s the deal here? You’re both single right now. There’s clearly chemistry on display throughout this film. Are you two an item?”
Liam playfully replied, “Craig!” as Pam chimed in, “I don’t understand the question.”
The Absolution actor then doubled down on his previous statements, saying, “I had never met Pamela before. We met on set. And we discovered we had a lovely, budding chemistry—as two actors. It’s like, ‘Oh, this is nice. Let’s not mold this. Let’s just let it breathe,’ and that’s what we did.”
They also proceeded to pretend-kiss on camera:
In the past, Liam was romantically linked to The Parent Trap actor Natasha Richardson from 1994 until she tragically passed from a traumatic brain injury in 2009. They also share two sons, Micheál and Daniel.
Pamela has been married four times, perhaps most famously to Mötley Crüe’s drummer, Tommy Lee. They were together from 1995 to 1998 and welcomed two sons, Brandon Thomas and Dylan Jagger.
