Jessica Alba and Cash Warren might be in the middle of a divorce, but that doesn't mean they're not on good terms. At least, not according to Instagram, where Jessica shared a sweet Father's Day tribute to Cash on Sunday, June 15.
“Happy Father's Day, @cash_warren. Our babies couldn't have a better dad—warm, kind, present, always knowing just what to say,” she wrote on her Stories over a throwback photo of Cash and their three kids, Honor, Haven, and Hayes. “I admire your patience and the way you hold space for them. Making them feel safe and light after every conversation. Thank you for being their rock.”
Jessica and Cash were married for 16 years before calling it quits in January. At the time, the actor released a statement on the split, writing in part, “I've been on a journey of self realization and transformation for years—both as an individual and in partnership with Cash. I'm proud of how we've grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years and now it's time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.”
Jessica officially filed for divorce in February, asking for joint custody of their children. Though details are few, sources at the time told TMZ that the split was “extremely amicable.” A few months later, the duo put their new co-parenting relationship on display with a sweet Easter Instagram post. And just 10 days ago, they were spotted attending Haven's middle school graduation together.
Meanwhile, Jessica has reportedly been enjoying the single life. Earlier this month, she was reportedly spotted kissing a mystery man. But don't expect her to dive back into a relationship so soon. “[Jessica has] gone on dates, but she isn't seeing anyone specific right now,” a sourced recently told Us Weekly. “She's having a lot of fun going out with her girlfriends and being more spontaneous. She's embracing all the attention she's getting.”
The source also added that Jessica and Cash “are still intertwined with their business ventures and the kids” and that they are still “good friends.”
