It's been a little over a month since Gisele Bündchen reportedly welcomed her third child—her first with boyfriend Joaquim Valente. And although the model hasn't said anything about her new baby—or even confirmed her romance with Joaquim, a jiu-jitsu teacher originally hired to train her and her kids—we now have an idea of what her life is like as a mom of three.
“Gisele's doing well. She seems very happy and content,” a source told People. “She just focused on her family and rested for the first month after the baby arrived.” Gisele didn't officially announce the birth herself, instead TMZ broke the news in early February. In fact, she hasn't spoken about the newest addition to her family publicly at all. But, rest assured, just because she's not constantly updating her Instagram doesn't mean she's not having a great time with her newborn.
“She's slowly taking up yoga again now. She enjoys shorter outings with her older kids and Joaquim,” the source continued. One such outing presumably occurred earlier this week, when the model was spotted out and about for the first time since giving birth, going on a short boating adventure off the coast of Miami, Florida, with Joaquim and her daughter, Vivian, 12, as reported by E! News.
Gisele, who shares Vivian and 15-year-old Benjamin with her ex Tom Brady, is reportedly over the moon at seeing her older kids bond with her youngest. “Her older kids are helpful with the baby. Gisele tears up when she sees all the kids together—she still can't believe she has a newborn. She feels very blessed,” the source said.
The name of her new baby is still unknown, but People reports that his middle name is River, continuing a bit of a family tradition—Vivian's middle name is Lake and Benjamin's is Rein. (Awwww.)
It sounds like Gisele really is thriving. Meanwhile, Tom Brady recently made headlines for captioning a photo of himself throwing a football, “True Love.” So, you know, there's that.
