Paris Fashion Week tends to draw the same kind of crowd, season after season. We're talking fashion editors (hello, Anna Wintour), models (shout out Amelia Gray and Gigi Hadid), fashion insiders (like street style icon Chiara King), plus the most stylish of A-list celebs from Paris Jackson to Daisy Edgar-Jones. But this season, we've noticed a few new faces nestled amongst the star-studded front row.
After taking to the runway for a surprise performance during the Dsquared2 show as part of Milan Fashion Week, Doechii has been serving main character energy in the City of Light, wowing with stand-out looks to attend shows by Acne Studios, Schiaparelli and Chloé. And now, Chappell Roan has become the latest to steal the spotlight, making her PFW debut at Rabanne's autumn winter 2025 ready-to-wear presentation Thursday, March 6.
Naturally, the artist repped the designer in a barely-there, backless silver top.
With just a single strap holding the design in place against her torso, the longline top featured a high-cut square neckline with scalloped trim detailing. It was paired with a coordinating midi skirt, with both pieces constructed from a worn silver fabric featuring cream satin in the two-piece's pleats.
As well as accessorizing with diamond multi-drop earrings and silver heeled sandals, she wore her signature white makeup with dramatic black cat-eye liner.
Chappell's Rabanne appearance was followed by the Rick Owens runway show, her second show in the same day. Making an outfit change for the occasion, Chappell stuck to the same color palette in a silver strapless figure-hugging gown with cut-out detailing at the bust. Black over-the-knee leather boots with sculptural reversed heels completed the new ensemble, with Chappell also opting to switch up her beauty look for black dots drawn on her face in the outline of a butterfly.
