Halle Berry is one of the many A-list presenters at the 2025 Oscars, and while it’s hard to outdo the incredible Elie Saab dress she wore during her history-making Best Actress win, she looks incredible. The actor stepped out looking like a disco ball come to life in a mirrored gown, which she paired with a giant chunky diamond ring.
Halle became the first Black woman to win Best Actress in 2002 for Monster’s Ball and recently told Trevor Noah on his What Now? podcast, “I hope this year someone stands next to me. This year, I hope it happens because I’m tired of occupying that space alone.”
Per People, she added that she was “chosen” to “open that door,” saying, “I knew it was bigger than me. I was, in that moment, [destined] to be a beacon of possibility. And I do think it served that purpose.”
