Beyoncé kicked off the Cowboy Carter tour in Los Angeles last night, and judging from the clips I spent all night watching instead of sleeping (it's fine), it was...incredible. In part because Bey was once again joined on stage by her daughter Blue Ivy, who truly stole the show.
I meannnnn:
And likeeee:
Meanwhile, Beyoncé also brought her youngest daughter Rumi on stage, who simply could not contain her happiness as she waved to fans, and at one point got so excited that she turned around and gave her mom a spontaneous hug before being led off stage by her older sister.
Sorry, not done, this is literally beautiful:
As a reminder, Bey dropped Cowboy Carter in March 2024 and went on to win several Grammys for the album—including Best Country Album and Album of the Year. “I just feel very full and very honored. It’s been many, many years,” she said in her speech. “I just want to thank the Grammys, every songwriter, every collaborator, every producer, for all of the hard work.”
