Taylor Swift is officially the most decorated VMAs solo artist of all time, winning seven awards at Wednesday night’s show. And naturally, such a major moment called for multiple outfit changes for all of us to read into.
In case you missed it, the musician showed up in a green plaid corset dress with strappy gloves and over-the-knee boots, which had everyone thinking a Reputation (Taylor’s Version) announcement was incoming (it wasn’t, womp, but we live in hope 🤡).
She then changed into a sparkling mini dress that featured a UFO—aka a custom version of this Monse tapestry dress:

The celeb then hit up an after-party at Electric Lady Studios (the site of some of her most famous recordings), swapping out her UFO print dress for a similar UFO print top and skirt from Monse, which she paired with the brand’s tapestry jacket in the same pattern.

Fans think Taylor could be implying that the music video for “Down Bad” is incoming, which makes sense considering these are the lyrics:
