Miley and her dad are reportedly on ❓ terms right now, with a source telling The Sun, "Miley is all about peace but she didn't agree with some things that her father has done. It has really escalated and they are not on good terms. There were words exchanged over what ­happened towards the end of Billy and Tish's marriage, and since then, but they clearly see things very differently."

Dominic Purcell: Miley's Step-Dad

Tish and Prison Break actor Dominic Purcell got married in August 2023, and Tish told Vogue how they met. Ahem: "[I] slid into Dom’s DMs, and the rest is history.” She also noted that “Dom, along with Miley" planned the entire wedding, saying, “They knew we would all be together as a family and thought it would be the perfect time!”

Firerose: Miley's Future Step-Mom

Firerose and Billy Ray recently got engaged, and she told People a bit about the proposal: "Billy looked at me and said, 'Do you, do you wanna marry me?' And I was just like, 'Of course I do. I love you.' He said, 'I love you. I wanna make this official. I wanna be with you forever.'"

Noah Cyrus: Miley's Sister

Noah and Miley are close, but fans speculate there might be tension between Noah and Tish. Mostly because Noah skipped her wedding and was photographed hanging out at a Walmart instead, while wearing a Billy Ray shirt.

A source told Us Weekly, “Tish will always love her kids no matter what. She understands divorce might be challenging especially when she Billy Ray had been together for so long. Tish has never pushed her relationship with Dominic on any of her children and that’s not something she would ever do. She gets that it’s an adjustment for the whole family and doesn’t expect everyone to be on board every step of the way.”

Meanwhile, a rep told the outlet that “Noah and Tish’s reps have spoken and can categorically confirm that this ‘source’ is absolutely false, and not from anyone close to the family. The family is shocked and hurt by the false narrative taking shape on both social media and in the press and ask that everyone please respect their need for privacy at this time.”

Braison also skipped Tish's wedding (opting to hang with Noah). But most of the time, he can be found in Nashville, where he makes music and lives with his wife, Stella, and their son, Bear.

Brandi is Miley's older sister, whom Tish had during a previous relationship. Brandi was adopted by Billy Ray after he and Tish got married—and, like Miley, she was a bridesmaid at their mom's recent wedding.
