Jennifer Lawrence showed up on Watch What Happens Live last night, and naturally Andy Cohen wasted no time asking her about speculation that Miley Cyrus was referencing her with THAT gold dress in the video for “Flowers.”

Which, reminder, was vaguely similar to the gold dress J. Law wore to the Hunger Games premiere alongside Liam Hemsworth and led to an entire new round of speculation that Liam had cheated on Miley with Jennifer. Which nope. Not so much!

Before Andy even got through the question (“There was already a lot of talk that the music video was referencing a secret fling that you had with Liam Hemsworth while he was with Miley Cyrus, can you please respond—”), J. Law said, “Not true. I would love to. Not true. Total rumor.”

She then added, “I mean, we all know that me and Liam, like, kissed one time. It was years after they broke up. So I just assume that was, like, a coincidence.”

Miley actually spoke about picking out the gold dress for her “Flowers” video with Vogue, saying, “The magic of this dress is that Jacob, my director, and Bradley, my stylist, and I—we all came together and we were looking at the treatment and we’re going, ‘Oh, bitch, I know what you have to wear.’ And I’m like, ‘No, bitch, I know what I have to wear.’ And he’s like, ‘No, bitch, I know what you have to wear.’ And then we all hold up our phone and it was the same dress.”

So...sounds like they just liked the dress!
