Actor Kieran Culkin and his wife Jazz Charton are an adorable couple. I mean, these two not only have an amazing sense of humor in their partnership, but they also share the sweetest tributes to each other online and have two kids. Kieran and Jazz's meet-cute really *was* cute.

Picture this: You're in a New York City bar in 2012 and Kieran Culkin asks for your name...then proceeds to tell you it's f*cking stupid, lol. Well, that's exactly how these two happened to meet each other.

Back in October 2021, the actor dished to The Hollywood Reporter that on that fateful night, things went a little something like this: "I said, 'I'm Kieran. You have an English accent. What's your name?' She said, 'Jazz.' I said, 'J-A-Z-Z, like the music?' And she said, 'Yeah.' And I said, 'Well, that's f*cking stupid.'" And the rest is—how you say—history.

In a separate interview with iNews, he described his now-wife as the "most beautiful girl" but confessed he actually thought there had low-key been competition that night when he saw there was another man seated next to Jazz. Once the other guy got up to go to the bathroom, Kieran swooped in and "asked if he was her boyfriend, and when she said no, I asked if I could be her boyfriend. We've been together ever since."

Jazz is super-supportive of Kieran.

As an example: Jazz paid the most touching tribute the day after Succession actor hosted Saturday Night Live in November 2021.

"Proud would be an understatement. So lucky to see this impressive man achieve his dreams—even while our kids deprive me of sleep and just general quality of life. Going to the after party was a mistake," read the caption.

They got married in the coolest way imaginable.

Though these two are relatively low-key, Jazz has let fans in on a few deets about her and Kieran's elopement (which took place in June 2013), mainly via her Instagram posts.

Back in June 2017, the London native posted this touching pic featuring wedding 'fits with the caption, "#tbt to taking time out of our road trip to get married by the side of the road in Iowa during a storm 4 years ago today. Still the best pit stop I've ever made."

In June 2020, Jazz shared yet another intimate moment from the special day and wrote, "7 years ago we went on what was supposed to be a 6 week road trip but ended up taking 3 1/2 months. 7 years ago we fell in love with Iowa. 7 years ago we met a girl named Kinsey who helped us get our marriage license and 7 years ago today we said I do in the rain with 3 strangers. Whose genius idea was it to have Father’s Day right before our anniversary? One gift counts for both right?"

Kieran and Jazz have two children together.

Their first bb, Kinsey Sioux (nicknamed Zissou), was born in September 2019, and Jazz later shared a cheeky story about her pregnancy. After Kieran lost the Golden Globe award for Best Supporting Actor in 2020, she captioned this already-hilarious pic with the following: "My 3 time Golden Globe loser. I got pregnant the last time he lost so I'm out of consolation prize ideas..."

As for how the two came up with the name Kinsey? Well, remember that wedding post about the girl who helped Kieran and Jazz get their marriage license? Yep, that's exactly where it originated. However, naming their second child didn't come quite as easily.

Wilder Wolf was born in August 2021, but—fun fact!—he didn't have a name for a number of weeks following his birth. "My wife wanted Wolf. She was fighting hard for Wolf," Kieran shared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show later that year. "We found [the name] in the hospital the day that he was born and we thought, 'That's great.' But instead of pulling the trigger on it, [we thought], 'Let's torture ourselves for about seven weeks,' disagreeing with names before we come around to the name that we picked."

Kieran and Jazz are careful to keep their kids out of the limelight by never sharing their faces on social media...but that doesn't stop them from gushing about how much they love 'em. As Kieran memorably said during his 2024 Variety Actors on Actors interview with Colman Domingo, "It feels like nothing else matters. I’m a dad now, and my only role in life is that. That’s real life. All this is lovely, but I’m just trying to get home." Aww.

But Kieran *might* just want a third...👀

At the 2023 Emmys, Kieran won the Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series for his role on Succession, and during his acceptance speech, he thanked his "beautiful wife" in the sweetest moment before adding this hilarious sentiment: "Jazz, I want more [kids]. You said 'maybe' if I win. I love you so much!"

Apparently, Jazz turned a drawing by Kinsey into a tattoo back in April 2022 and shared it with the world alongside the sweetest caption: "And so it begins…thank you @unotattoonyc for making my little lady’s art permanent." 😭
