Cardi B just shut down the Met Gala red carpet! Unlike many celebs in attendance who chose to ignore the “Gilded Glamour” theme (do! not! get! me! started!), Cardi went all out in a gorgeous gold gown designed by Versace, with gloves crafted from chains:

Aside from Cardi, Versace is also responsible for dressing Maluma, Gigi Hadid, and Emily Ratajkowski for tonight’s event. And as Page Six notes, Cardi wearing the brand shouldn’t be a huge surprise—she and her sister Hennessy just modeled for the brand on Insta:
FYI, Cardi is apparently hosting a Met Gala after-party with Playboy at The Standard, so expect another amazing look in a mere matter of hours (likely also by Versace).
